2018年12月17日及2018年12月19日，原告SanDisk LLC向美国联邦法院伊利诺伊州北区法院提起了知识产权侵权诉讼，案号分别为2018-cv-8239和2018-cv-8335，原告代理律师事务所是GBC。
 
SanDisk LLC是在特拉华州法律下成立的公司，其主要营业地在951 SanDisk Drive, Milpitas, CA 95035。产品包括CompactFlash®(CF)、SD、microSD、SmartMedia、MultiMediaCard(MMC)、Memory Stick PRO，以及xD-Picture Card和USB闪存驱动盘等.
