巴宝莉出新案，还有人在用“格子纹”？

2018年11月9日，BURBERRY LIMITED向美国伊利诺伊州北区法院提起了知识产权侵权诉讼，该案案号为2018-cv-7442，原告代理律师事务所为GBC。
   BURBERRY（巴宝莉，又译博柏利、博百利等）创办于1856年，发源地在英国南部汉普夏郡。1891年，其创始人Thomas Burberry于伦敦开设首家以Burberry命名的专卖店，现发展成为巴宝莉英国公司和巴宝莉纽约公司，并以零售、批发和授权许可等方式使“Burberry”成为全球知名品牌，产品分销世界各地。
