o Represented Hefei Bitland Information Technology Co., Ltd. in its application for getting moved off the entity list for alleged involvement in repressing Uyghur Muslim by the U.S. Department of Commerce;
o Represented Founder Group and its four subsidiaries in their employee placement programs during the process of bankruptcy and restructuring;
o Represented Ping An HealthKonnect in its employee placement program related to its organizational restructuring;
o Represented Ping An Bank Co., Ltd. (Nanjing Branch) in a labor dispute trial involving breach of employment law and tortious interference with labor contract;
o Represented JohnsonElectric Engine Co., Ltd. in a resident service related to a collective strike.
